Allison writes, sketches, and connects the dots about the courageous and messy work of moving from lifeless to lifeful. After more than a decade of inner suffering and sleepwalking through life, Allison arrived at a previously inconceivable in-body existence—everyday, regular aliveness, in all its brilliance. Although it wasn’t easy, it was unbelievably worth it. May every person feel alive before they die.
