Introduction to Falling
Falling sucks.
Recognizing its shape can help.

As with any decent introduction, let’s start with a definition.

to drop or come down freely under the influence of gravity

Or, to drop or come down freely under the influence of life circumstances.

Falling sucks, and unfortunately, has many forms.

Knowing the shape of your fall won’t prevent you from falling, but it does help. Yes, I’m falling, Yes, it feels bad. Yes, it has a shape that other people experience too. And maybe there’s a response to the shape of this fall, as in, prevent injury before or during landing.

Also, yes, we do land. There is life after the fall.
